Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags included. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sphiria Gems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.
Items sent back without first contacting us for return authorization may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.
Refunds
